About
I completed my undergraduate and graduate work in Industrial Engineering, the latter at Purdue University. I focused on user aspects and usability testing methodologies in a variety of environments including e-commerce, Web design and health care. I reside in Canton, MD, am married and have a 3-year old daughter.
Research interests
Some of my areas of research interests include e-commerce and consumer economics, buyer behavior, human-technology interaction and e-commerce growth factors.
Teaching interests
Human factors, human-technology interaction, e-commerce, human factors in health care and medical device design, e-commerce economics.
