About
Charles Kaylor holds advanced degrees from the University of Michigan and Duke University. His interests include sustainable infrastructure, specifically how spatial technologies can be used to plan for climate change. His recent projects include measuring social vulnerability to climate change, climate change and public opinion, and broadband expansion. Kaylor has a broad teaching background, in spatial analysis and methods. Recent courses include basic and advanced GIS, spatial statistics, and advanced spatial analytical techniques. He is a resident of Baltimore, MD.

spatial analysis, technology and telecommunications policy, climate change and public opinion, smart infrastructure and Smart Cities, digital divide, broadband policy and planning, photogrammetry
