About
Dr. Tony Diana is the Division Manager for Outreach in the Office of NextGen Collaboration and Messaging at the Federal Aviation Administration. For the last twenty years, he has been working at the FAA and he is now in charge of NextGen’s outreach efforts.
Tony has published more than thirty articles in research journals, and he remains active in aviation research. He teaches Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing in the Graduate Data Science Program at the University of Maryland Baltimore County (UMBC). He is a certified Lean Sigma Master Black Belt, Change Management Specialist, and a Project Management Professional. Tony received his Ph.D. in Policy Sciences and Quantitative Management at UMBC.
